PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance.
• Good Command of English Communication
• At lease 5 years experience on Accounting & Finance functions
• At lease 2 years experience as Manager level
• At lease 1 year experience on multi national company.
• Team management & experience of leading team is a must.
• Experience of retail field, online sales will be advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing finance and accounting functions, AP, AR, Costing and Financial statement report.
• Arrange funds transfer to domestics & overseas company.
• Manage all tax issues; VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax etc.
• Reviewing and analyzing of accounting and financial reports in compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Controlling daily accounting operations
• Coordinate the annual audit of the financial records with the auditors.
• Prepare financial reports including... daily sales report, month-end stock report and profit & loss report, monthly actual and budget report and cash flow budget report.
• Work closely with the outsourcing agent to do accounts reconciliation
• Ensure the team to improve financial processes in order to increase efficiency
• Manage and driven team members to meet department objective goals
• Handling other tasks as assigned
