Overall

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, monitoring, analysis activities of the company and business units to support senior management in effective strategic plan development and business performance management.

Responsibilities
• Liaise with senior management, business and operation teams to prepare monthly / quarterly / annual detailed financial plans and budget for the company and each of its business unit.
• Prepare periodic managerial financial reports and provide all stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performances of each function / business unit.
• Monitor, control and analyze financial performance against budget / forecasts as well as historical trends and comparable companies’ data.
• Implement and utilize business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
• Assist senior management in formulating company’s strategies in terms of financial goal / KPI developing and monitoring as well as capital budgeting decision making.
• Ad hoc planning and analysis tasks as required by senior management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with a CPA
• 7-10 years of experience as an auditor (Big 4 preferred) and/or a financial analyst / managerial accountant in listed companies / MNCs
• Solid foundation in accounting / finance with experiences in financial modelling / forecasting
• Good communication / presentation skills
• MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
• Working experience with ERP (SAP / Oracle, etc.) and BI / Dashboard is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
Open mindset, business-oriented with ability to work well in teams and cross function coordination.
