In this role you will be acting for communities on high profile group action cases where the residents properties are affected by environmental pollution and nuisance. You will be an ambitious solicitor or chartered legal executive (circa 4 years post qualification) with either experience in this area or have a civil litigation background but a keen interest in the environment.
