Job Title: Family Law Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and driven Family Law Solicitor to join our firm based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and cohabitation agreements.

Responsibilities:
• Advise and represent clients on family law matters in court and at mediation
• Manage a caseload of family law cases, ensuring deadlines are met and cases are progressed efficiently
• Provide excellent client care and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to increase the firm's visibility

Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in family law
• Strong knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and cohabitation agreements
• Proven... experience in managing a busy caseload and working to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business development skills and a proven track record of winning new business
• A strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services
