Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
• Provide communications counsel, create compelling content and develop media publicity for the organization. Collaborate with various departments to turn insights into powerful, relevant, and inspiring stories
• Support the creation and timely delivery of our weekly e-newsletter to our members, including coordination with content owners, IT & newsfeed agencies.
• Update relevant sections of the ISCA website and app
• Support the production of our Annual Report, including content creation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with agencies, and project management
Social Media
• Channel Management: Develop strategies and execute content for the company’s social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube
• Campaigns: Develop and execute social media campaigns that are in line with the company’s marketing goals and objectives
• Performance Optimisation... Consistently analyse, report, and propose data-driven solutions to increase Social Media performance
• Traffic Management: Maintain ISCA’s social media calendar
• Innovation: Explore and manage new channels to increase reach and target our audiences more effectively.
• Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate social media content to ensure that they resonate with the target audience, are channel appropriate, drive engagement, and increase traffic
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the management team, other departments, and external partners, to ensure the integrity of our channel content
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms
• Be the brand voice on all social media platforms
• Set up SOPs and conduct workshops on social media best practices
Others
• Guardian of ISCA’s Communication Policies and SOPs
• Maintain the team’s Power BI dashboard
• Assist with the team’s budget and invoice management
• Support the management of ISCA’s eDM calendar through content curation, traffic management, and coordination with other departments.
• Generate media monitoring and social listening reports
Job Requirement:
• Degree/diploma in mass communications or new media.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices
• Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
• Familiarity with tools such as Meltwater, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Creative, resourceful and meticulous individual who can meet work objectives independently
• Able to work independently with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
