Responsibilities
• Ensure Operation Bulletin (OB) in Production Line
• Capacity Study & Motion Study
• Implement Lean Tool like 6S, ERCS, KAIZEN, Reduction Waste
• Making workflow by considering proper sequence of sewing operations of a garment.
• Making report of Downtime & Changeover

Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. Industrial Engineering

Experience: 1-2 Years in Garment Manufacturing industry

Skills: Good verbal and written communication, Implementation of Lean Tools, Preparation OBs, Data Analysis by using Excel, SAM Calculation, Consumption of Material used in a garment
