Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

- Experience in the international market

- Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies

- Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as Google X-Ray search, - Linkedin search, and other related systems and tactics

- Previous experience of working with an applicant tracking system

- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)

- Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details

- Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole

As a big plus:

- Crypto/blockchain experience

- Experience with high-risk projects

Responsibilities:

- Full life cycle recruitment of technical... and digital marketing positions

- Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position

- Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates

- Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements

- Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
