About the role

We are transforming and you can join us to make a real impact on how we do things at the bank. In this role you’ll join a large enterprise-wide Governance & Risk uplift program (BEN+). You’ll be working with the Risk & Compliance stream within the BEN+ program and responsible for ensuring business processes and objectives are translated into business requirements to deliver desired business outcomes. You’ll enable the delivery of exciting new solutions whilst getting... exposure to all areas of the bank.

About you
You’ll have experience working in a Business Analyst capacity with the ability to gather, document and translate requirements. Ideally you will have previously worked in the banking or financial services sector across a range of initiatives. Experience with risk related projects such as delivery of new regulatory and/or compliance changes. Experience with gathering of data requirements, ideally data mapping, etc. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including demonstrable ability to engage at all levels within the organisation to both solicit requirements as well as work with Business stakeholders along the delivery journey. Experience with gathering of requirements, testing, implementation of risk reporting. Significant experience with both process mapping and procedural documentation. Ideally exposure to quantitative modelling, in particular as it relates to the gathering of data requirements as well as managing associated testing including development of test plans, user cases, etc. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills which you use to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and effectively influence across the organisation and projects. You will have experience working in an agile team environment using tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
