Qualification
• Management and customer service experience is needed
• Strong administrative skills
• Bachelor degree in management and related fields

• Speaking multiple language (oromifa) is a plus
• 8 years proven experience in General manager position
• At least 5 or more years in real estate managerial position from the 8 years managerial experience is a pulse

Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing the development of real estate project from start to finish
• He /She must work with project owners, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time with in a budget and delighted customer.
• He /She also must work the project financial aspect, including budgeting, financing and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies for real estate development project.
• Oversee the design real estate and construction projects.

• Negotiate contracts with architects, engineers and contractors and other professionals
• Coordinate with local government agencies to ensure compliance with zoning and building codes.
