We are currently recruiting a talented Senior / Digital Marketing Officer to join our Creative Marketing Department who will report directly to the Marketing Manager and grow the brand to new heights across the ASEAN markets.You will be working closely with multiple external parties such as affiliates, influencers, agencies and brands. Social media enthusiasts are invited to join.

Responsibilities:
• Drive influencer marketing strategies and manage influencer marketing budget
• Pitch and negotiate partnership with social influencers and foster long term organic relationship with them
• Manage and maintain a healthy influencer and affiliate database, and meet weekly / monthly / quarterly... KPIs
• Work closely with affiliate marketing networks to connect with content publishers that drive growth
• Plan and implement collaboration campaigns with lifestyle brands and platforms
• Create innovative marketing campaigns to drive traffics and conversions
• Work closely with internal marketing colleagues to push forward marketing agendas
• Keep abreast of the digital marketing trend and suggest initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• At least 2+ years relevant experience in influencers and social media marketing in E-commerce field
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a MUST
• Strong business sense in influencers, affiliates and emerging marketing trends
• Data-driven, result-oriented and able to work proactively and independently
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, good team player who is able to under fast-paced working environment and able to meet tight schedules
• Candidates with e-commerce/branding experience are preferable
