· Engineer of Record for civil projects

· Serve as the client manager for municipal clients. Foster and expand relationships with new and existing clients.

· Attend project, public, and internal meetings and hearings, present project status reports, and participate in public meetings on behalf of the client as required.

· Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client objectives.

· Interact/communicate positively with the public, elected officials, clients, contractors, and team members in a timely and professional manner.

· Direct and supervise the activities of design engineers, designers, and other staff.

· Proposal preparation including project approach, scope of services, and fees.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; public speaking and presenting.

· Motivated, organized, and able to work well independently and with others.
