For projects (80%):

COORDINATION
• Coordinate with Expansion dept: survey new projects, provide all legal documents which are in charged of project dept as requested.
• Do survey, take part in the technical meetings with Expansion dept and the Lessor during the negociation of signing leasing contract.
• Supervise project; monitor management consultant and supervisor consultant, surveying consultant and testing consultant.
• Keep the role of manager and coordinator in working with consultants during the project execution from the design, management, supervision, surveying,…
• Get information and coordinate with others depts within the company in order to well finish the project.

DESIGN VERIFICATION AND CHEKING
• Organize and verify/ check technical documents, consult with the entrepreneurs and the contractors during the technical design period.
• Organize the design review, execution drawing design review and verifcation
• Receive information concerning design modification and... request others concerned depts to work with consultants and contractors, request them to update theses modifications.
• Able to do technical drawings, 3D rendering when needed

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
• Set up the master project schedule and tender planning
• Verify and evaluate the tender documents submitted by contractors: quality, progress, quantity then send to QS team.
• Organize weekly and monthly meetings at the site
• Manage the acceptance, payment and liquidation of contracts
• Take part in the meetings with others depts in order to solve arising problems during the implementation of projects; always inform and coordinate closely with other depts during the works; organize the acceptance and handover of works to Property.

MANAGEMENT
• Manage the quality, quantity, progress and manage the construction expenses, to ensure the environment safety and the hygiene of the projects
• Inspect the quality of materials, inspect and certify the quality of works
• Ensure that all technical conditions and infrastructures are aldready for the Grand Opening at time as planing approved.
• Organize/carry out the projects related to extension or renovation works as requested by project director.

For existing stores (20%):

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION (via Consultant or directly)
• Solve technical problems.
• Cooperate with the design department: survey the completion of the tender documents for equipments installation projects and renovation/extension buildings or reparation works.
• Verify directly the execution of constructors

Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
