Job Role & Responsibilities
• Fortify the E-Bridge brand identity and articulate its strengths and differentiating traits to position and market the brand.
• Liaise closely with EtonHouse for alignment of family corporate identity.
• Manage inhouse creative designer and update the E-Bridge brand assets portfolio on regular basis.
• Take ownership of all public communication and branding assets to drive relevant and timely messages. Work on content to ensure it is relevant, meaningful and contemporary.
• Curate and create content to position and increase the share of voice for E-Bridge through a well-thought-through, data-driven content plan. Ensure the delivery of the plan is in alignment with key outcomes.
• Ensure greater visibility, engagement and traffic on all platforms, including social and digital.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts to position the brand.
• Work with agencies, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure all brand and marketing... outcomes are aligned and met.
• Support the various departments in area of marketing and communications to achieve organisational goals.
• Ensure all materials are in alignment with brand tone and guidelines.
• Develop an alumni network.
• Conduct market/competitor and trend analysis with short, medium, and long-term forecasts.
• Prepare reports with an emphasis on performance indicators such as trends, conversion rates, etc.
• Ensure the delivery of service standards with regular feedback and surveys.
• Work on measurement parameters such as NPS to track brand performance.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from a recognised University.
• At least 4 years of related work experience in the education or service-oriented industry.
• Experience working in a school environment would be an added advantage.
• Essential to have prior experience in implementing and executing a marketing plan from inception to execution.
• Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-oriented work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Result-oriented and a hands-on marketer.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate stakeholders to align with brand objectives
