Job Description
• Plan & develop trade promotional/marketing activation plans across offline retail partner channels
• Approach & assist in planning, coordination for new brand collaboration, trade fairs & sponsorships event etc.
• Conduct regularly store visits to understand brand positioning within the channels and identify ways to improve brand awareness, exposure and sales
• Identify needs of key partners and assist in strategizing negotiation efforts with partners to achieve win-win outcomes
• Work closely with fulfilment teams to ensure timely delivery of products for day-to-day operations as well as campaign executions
• Collate, analyse and review retail partner sales and other performance metrics regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement
• Ad-hoc duties may assigned... from time to time.

Requirements:
• 0-2 years working experience (or related field)
• Min Diploma in Marketing (or related field)
• Must possess good social skills, as a large part of their job is to meet/establish and maintain good relationships
• Bilingual to deal with Mandarin-speaking associates
