Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in public accounting. As a Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex client engagements, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to their business challenges. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities
• Lead and execute complex client engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions to their challenges
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations, and maintain high levels of quality in all work performed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm
• Strong technical skills in audit and accounting, with experience in complex client engagements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to business challenges
