Teachers at Dr. Song Square Academy should plan, prepare, and provide lessons to students. Teachers are expected to understand that different students will be at different levels academically, and accommodate their approaches to teaching accordingly. They will have to assign homework, correct submissions, and provide feedback when necessary. Teachers will have to assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and behaviour of students. They are expected to communicate, consult, and co-operate with other members of the staff. Our employees should truly have a passion for teaching, and enjoy working in the education department.
