Blue Ivy Coaching is an educational coaching group, helping 1,000+ students per year with the process to study university abroad. We are looking to hire a Partnerships Manager based in Mexico City to form strategic alliances that promote our coaching services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that all office policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of experience in office management or a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Responsibilities will include managing office equipment, supplies, and inventory; developing and implementing office policies and procedures; coordinating and scheduling meetings and... events; managing office budgets and expenses; and assisting with the recruitment and hiring of administrative staff. The Office Manager will report directly to the senior leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
