Title: Production Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT 7PM-7AM)

Salary: $90,000-$95,000/Year

Requirements: At least 4 Years in the Manufacturing Industry with Continuous Improvement, Leadership Experience. (Food and Beverage is a plus!)

What You Will Be Doing
• Work with operations and the technical group to identify productivity improvements that impact: quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance
• Build through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for hourly and salaried personnel
• Partner with site Human Resources leaders to ensure fair and consistent administration of all policies, work rules and processes
• Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
• Optimize operational efficiencies to support production, warehouse, and shipping of products
• Track operational output measures (i.e. efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy)
• Maintain key processes CIL's, Centerlines, Standard Work, Changeover Dance Cards, etc.
• Build strong relationships with the leadership, technical, and operations teams to effectively drive process improvements

What You Need for this Position

At least 4 Years in the Manufacturing Industry, Leadership/Supervisor Type Roles
• Lean Manufacturing
• High Volume Production and Processes
• Food & Beverage Manufacturing highly preferred
• Continuous Improvement
• Six Sigma Green Belt *A PLUS
• Kaizen, Safety Experience
• Data Analysis + Word/Excel
• Ability to train and manage associates
