A large, multi-vet practice in Tasmania is seeking a veterinary nurse to join the team. Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.

The hours to be worked are flexible. Nurses who are interested in full time or part-time work are welcome to apply.

You will be working alongside a fantastic team who pride themselves on providing exceptional care to clients. The practice is busy and sees a range of complicated surgical and medical cases.

The practice currently employs a team of 13 veterinarians. Staff work across a dedicated cat clinic and completely separate dog clinic, both located on the same property.

The position will involve mostly nursing duties, however, there may be a small amount of reception work.

This purpose-built hospital is very well-equipped, including 3 sterile theatres, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, rigid and... flexible endoscopy, digital tonometer, in-house Idexx Procyte and Catalyst, Smartflow and access to off-site MRI and CT.

The clinic is located in beautiful Northern Tasmania, surrounded by pristine beaches, vineyards, and world-class walking/biking trails. The area offers a relaxed lifestyle, with plenty of superb food and wine experiences on offer.
