Job Responsibilities : Monitor and review master construction programme and preparation of catch-up programme if applicable Preparation of detailed programme for site team to follow accordingly and complete on time Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction Coordinate between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower/material/equipment demands to meet schedules Liaise with the Consultants, Resident Engineer and Contractors on the submission related to structural works Coordination of day to day site execution Job Requirements : Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent as recognized by PE board Minimum 3 years working experience in Building Works (Construction Industry) Independent with good communication skills A team player with positive working attitude Highly driven and motivated Able to work under pressure Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course (BCSS), Managing Work At Height, Formwork...
