As a Senior IT Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for executing and leading internal audit projects with a focus on the examination and analysis of internal controls, risks, and processes related to F5’s information systems, IT infrastructure, and IT internal control environment. You will plan, supervise, and conduct Operational, Financial, and Information Technology audits and reviews of various organizations, functions, and processes.  A primary focus of this position will be assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 27001 Compliance within the IT organization (80%). You will perform traditional audits, SOX compliance testing, and support the Internal Audit team in data gathering and analysis. This position also leverages cross-functional partnerships to identify, develop strategy, design and build processes to ensure and enhance internal controls within the dynamic IT organization. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior IT Internal Auditor will be responsible for IT audit, ISO 27001 annual assessments, and SOX 404 information technology (IT) internal controls testing and review procedures for testing performed by other team members Solid knowledge and experience of IT Audit controls across domains such as access, change management, operations, application controls and reports testing Business process acumen, ideally including an understanding of business processes, how systems support these processes, and the related risks that impact financial reporting Identify appropriate risk factors and will assess the adequacy of existing controls and their related design and effectiveness given those risks. Perform advisory work for key processes or projects being implemented consisting of evaluating gaps and risk and providing guidance prior to implementation Consistently deliver quality work products (e.g., documenting audit methods, evidence of procedures executed) Monitor progress and verify key stakeholders (e.g., process owners, management, etc.) are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task on deliverables Coach, train, onboard and provide guidance to less experienced members of the team Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to F5’s business Establish strong working relationships internal departments, including those in international locations, IT personnel, internal and external auditors while explaining their findings, and meeting face to face with other interested parties to communicate their findings. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years work experience in IT audit, IT operations, IT SOX programs, or consulting. CIA, CISSP, OSCP, CCSK, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, or IAPP certification desired (or ability to obtain a certification within 1 year) Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms; previous experience in writing internal audit reports preferred Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Strong skills in project management Physical Demands and Work Environment: Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
