Job Vacancy: Sales Manager

Pacific Petroleum Ltd is a leading Importer of Bulk Petroleum Products with presence in South Sudan, DRC, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Dubai.

To support our primary mandate, we seek to recruit a result oriented, self-driven, positive minded & a highly motivated individual as part of our expansion strategy to fill the position of a Sales to be based in Juba, South Sudan.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering agreed sales targets in line with sales/business plans.
• Meet with key customer personnel in large organisations; identify and evaluate additional needs; analyze opportunities
• Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current customer requirements; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
• Conduct Road shows/seminars for organisations to improve visibility of the business
• Protect organizational value by keeping selected company information... confidential.
• Establish and maintain the client database. Be responsible for supervising overall activities during customer acquisition, product delivery and payment collection from all the customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements
• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Should have at least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with 3 years in Oil & Gas or Industrial sales
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, is a must. Having good network within organisations like UN would be given preference.
• Customer service skills and strong business acumen
• Conversant with different tenders, bidding and contract methodologies
• Well verse with and exposure to handling large size customers like UN bodies
• Efficient written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
