• Sales Admin - exchanges settlements
• Compliance Management - Agency agreements, management agreements
• Eyes and ears for the director in the office, manage junior staff
• Administrative support to the General and team
• Marketing – uploading properties, organising marketing collateral
• Manage the day to day running of the office
• Attend open home & auctions if extra support is required
• Monday – Friday Position based in the Heart of Southern Highlands
• Challenging role - fast paced and varied position
• Stunning offices & brand... new technology
• Work with one of the hottest up and coming boutique brands
• Great dollars on offer - up to $80,000
• Previous experience in a similar position in Real Estate
• Outstanding communication skills, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
• Must have a Current Certificate of Registration or License
• Must have immaculate presentation
• Live within 40 mins of Bowral
