Full Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to assist the General Manager in the running of the business at our restaurant and bar, The Barrelman. As an assistant to the General Manager, you are expected to maintain and exceed financial performance, complete operational tasks to manage the venue and continually uphold excellent customer service with our patrons. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior management experience, who thrives under pressure and can consistently deliver a great guest experience.

Your role:

Assist with the responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development and success of the business alongside the General Manager and Head Chef.
Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and staff management.
Have a great front of house presence to manage and motivate a large team, assisting the General Manager with the training of team members.
Fully understand what we offer and ensure all team... members are trained to effectively communicate with others.
Skills you should have.

Must have previous position as a duty manager/ key holder.
Experience of working in a busy resturant and bar
Ideally but not necessary, have experience in the following:

Opening/Closing venues
Cash Handling
