We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Commercial team.

This position will achieve hotel and assigned segment revenue targets through pro-active sales activity including sales calls, face-to-face appointments, virtual appointments, trade shows, sales events and FAM trips. Targeting new business leads and account growth from assigned segments and/or territory.

Key responsibilities:
• Identify new... business sales leads from individual sales research.
• Make require sales phone calls to new business accounts, warm sales leads and existing accounts to generate internal and external sales appointments, familiarization trips and enquiries.
• Make the required external, internal and virtual sales appointment targets set by director of sales.
• Builds relationships with agent to maximize number of enquiries received in order to grow revenue in line with budget requirement.
• Builds and completes external sales mission that will involve domestic travel and potential international travel.
• Hosts educational, familiarization trips, site inspections and entertainment where, these may take place out of normal working hours.
• Attends and organises tradeshow and networking events as required.
