This role will work across WW and partner teams to identify key areas for enhance or grow the Sales at Point of Support business. This will include, but not be limited to;
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and monitoring
• Financial modelling
• Variance Analysis
• Pricing
• Reporting
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Executive level communications

This candidate will need to have the ability to drive to the following concepts or behaviors;

Responsibilities:
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
• Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
• Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer... business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
• Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees .

Education and Experience Required:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Typically 5+ years to establish proven track record in business analytics.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
• Problem detection and analysis of root cause. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
• Project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
• Excellent presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
