Our client is a global leading biopharmaceutical organization with a global presence, that concentrates on the discovery, and valuable investments of prescription medicines with a strong emphasis on Clinical Services .

Your new role
• Take charge of the pharmacy operations by overseeing the control of stocks for drugs, supplements, and related pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with Governmental Regulations, Pharmacy Standard Operations Procedures, controls to achieve optimal operational efficiency and professional standards.
• Work closely with internal departmental to ensure systems development... matches operational requirements.
• Manage the supply of drugs and supplements in Hong Kong, including order planning and licenses application process.
• Manage the process of importing drugs and supplements, including order planning, code application, and special permit application.
• Ensure consistently high-quality equine care through long-term strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, maintaining standards, maximizing customer satisfaction, and people management to optimize pharmacy operations.
• Directly report to Senior Manager, and take charge of the pharmacy team to ensure effective service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
• University graduate and above in Pharmaceutical related field
• At least 8-10 years working experience and of which 2 years’ in a management capacity and 2 years’ working experience in healthcare related industry.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Regulation and Compliance knowledge in Pharmaceutical
• Flexibility to travel for business
