What You Will Be Doing

SEB is looking for a Team Manager to join our Access Management Operations team within Digital Workplace IT Automation and Quality department in SEB Technology. Your responsibility will be to keep high efficiency and quality standards for all Access Management Operations services : fullfill requests, maintain incidents, ensure all process are followed up, communications with stakeholders. This area ensures that regulations towards Access Management Operations controls are followed. Also you will be... leading team through Agile way of working with Srum Master assigment.

Team will support 16k colleagues in 20 countries. Your daily work will consist of continuous service improvement, automation, proactive dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders/colleagues, handling escalations. You will collaborate with various technical and service improvement teams as well as other leaders within Technology to provide word-class service. You will be fully responsible for the staff whom you will lead, coach, develop and inspire. The team consists of 13+ people both in Vilnius and Stockholm.

As a Team Manager you will be responsible for
• Lead, coach, motivate, develop, inspire and support team of IT professionals in Vilnius
• Create high-performing, cross functional and virtual teams
• Close collaboration with IT Security, Risk Managers, internal and external auditors
• Enable changes to promote finding better ways of working, skills and workforce development
• Embrace servant leadership and an inclusive way-of-working where customer focus, business acumen and speedy deliveries in world-class quality are crucial
• You will need to work independently but also coordinate with other team managers and teams
• Support Agile WoW

Who We Are Looking For
• Experience working as a Team Manager
• Experience working in Identity and Access Management field would be considered as a big advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Fluent in English
• Must be forward-thinking, creative and results-oriented
• Having experience from being part of large organizations with complex IT-environments and integrations is an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position: 3000 - 4450 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
