Recruitment Marketer - Driver Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting drivers in the transportation industry, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain the best drivers for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified drivers
• Conduct market research to identify key trends and drivers for recruitment in the transportation industry
• Develop and manage social media and online advertising campaigns to reach targeted driver audiences
• Write and update content for blog posts, website, and social media captions
• Partner with transportation companies to develop and promote employer branding and marketing initiatives
• Work with our recruitment team to develop effective screening and hiring processes for... drivers
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as needed to achieve goals

Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in the transportation industry
• Strong understanding of driver recruitment trends and challenges in the transportation industry
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media and online advertising
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Professional level of English - both written and spoken

Shift Info: Monday - Friday - 9am EST to 5pm EST (US Daytime)

Location: must be located in Serbia, business is based in the US

Salary: $850USD net starting salary, bonus incentives after 90 days. We will handle all taxes, etc
