Position: Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting Specialist (NGO) (m/f/d)
• By reporting to the Senior Specialist Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting,youwillsupport the rolls out of the Secretariat Operating Expenditures (OPEX), Strategic Initiative (SI) and Grant allocation budgeting and forecasting processes related to the organization's annual financial planning
• You will ensure timely and efficient budgeting and reforecasting process while having aclient facing function for divisions/teams with no embedded controlling (OPEX or SI)
• You will communicate with budget owners and division heads by capturing and reporting on any risk or opportunities of under/overspending on an annual basis
• You will work on Hyperion Planning initialization
• In terms of technical guidance, you will perform due diligence to ensure compliance with the applicable budgeting guidelines
• You will maintain appropriate documentation of financial planning processes on SharePoint for audit trail purposes
• You... will manage data loads and extracts and perform initial checks on HP master data accuracy, while following up on planning data inconsistencies though interactions with business teams or regional finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, édérationd es Experts-Comptables Européens)
• Experience in financial controlling or financial analysis
• Command of Excel, data analytics and presentation
• Good communication skills
• Well-foundedprofessional experience overseeing a financial controlling (budgeting and forecasting processes) is an advantageous
• Experience in the use of financial planning systems (Hyperion Planning) and management reportingtoolsis an advantageous
