To strengthen our Group Accounting & Controlling Team at the headquarters of Autoneum Management AG in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate
Group Accountant

Switzerland - Winterthur - 60-80%

Your responsibilities
• Support in the preparation of the consolidated monthly, half- and year-end financial statements and forecasts in accordance with IFRS
• Preparation of various reconciliations and analyses
• Tracking of... the monthly check list and dashboard for validations
• Cooperate with BPM Finance as representative of Group Accounting & Reporting
• Lead and be a part of different projects related to SAP FI
• Drive standardization and digitalization of the global Accounting & Reporting processes
• Build interfaces between different tools (e.g. BI, L.easy)
• Support rollouts / integrations in SAP
• Liaise with external auditors for the half- and year-end audit process
• Cooperate in M&A projects and their integration
• Support the FI community in accounting related topics and the Finance Manual
• Proceed with monthly checks in line with the group wide internal control system
• Collaborate in group-wide Accounting & Reporting projects

Your qualifications
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management, Federal Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent
• Several years of experience in Group Accounting, IFRS and consolidation, Group experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of SAP FI Module, other modules preferable
• Advanced MS Office (Excel) and consolidation tool knowledge
• Highly motivated and full of initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands on mentality
• Project experience
• Training people skills
• Fluent English skills
