Job DescriptionPosition Purpose
• Verify accounts book, manage tax & exchange foreign currencies.
• Control receipts, petty cash, money inflow & outflow.
• Ensure the... accuracy of bookkeeping.
• Work with tax consulting partners about accounting reports & other accounting matters.
Job Responsibilities
• Control petty cash, money inflow & outflow, withdrawal of petty cash.
• Proficiently use and optimize Accounting software.
• Handle accounting daily operation, documents filing and checking.
• Complete financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement) in cooperation with tax consulting partners.
• Declare all taxes (including VAT, CIT, FCT, etc.) in cooperation with tax consulting partners.
• Handle all taxation issues in accordance with Thailand law.
• Arrange expense claims payment to employees & suppliers.
• Exchange with banks to make bank guarantee, check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidence or method to do, etc.
• Issue VAT invoices, solve all arising issues related invoices.
• Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, monthly closing.
• Conduct & control expense settlement.
• Consult on issues related to Accounting & Taxation.
• Work with tax consulting partners about other accounting reports & other accounting matters.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Language: Basic English skill ,Chinese is a plus
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience:
• 3 years of working experience as an Accountant/Finance
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Preferable Skill / Experience
• Chinese is a plus
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthy, teamwork
