• Higher Diploma or Degree above holder in Fashion Textile or related discipline
• both mfy or MNC, BO exp. can try
• At least 8 years' quality management experience in apparel industry with at least 5 years experience in supervisory level
• With extensive knowledge on supplier networking and solid understanding of suppliers' capabilities
• Good communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong computer knowledge and MS Office applications
