The incumbent is responsible for the daily marketing efforts, plays an all-rounder role by having a keen understanding of our products and services, and work closely with the sales department to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Marketing:

To assess the marketing needs of our products and assist in the implementation of below and above-the-line market strategies
• Assist in current materials for use in Singapore
• To liaise, brief and coordinate closely with design house, media booking agencies, vendors and to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables
• Efficient monitoring of productivity and ROI for each campaign; work closely with the partners to maximize promotions and A&P efforts to increase sales
• Work with internal stakeholders to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines

Digital Marketing:

To take charge of planning, developing and implementing digital ad strategies to maintain the company’s online brand presence
• Work on social media content... planning and management with appointed agency
• Manage marketing communications and activities in both B2B and B2C segments
• Support in planning, implementation and performance tracking of effective digital marketing strategies to drive campaign performance across digital platforms
• Assist with the planning and execution of SEO and SEM campaigns
• Monitor competitors’ movement and user feedbacks across various online channels
• Provide support and data analytics for measuring performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Product Launch & Events:

To assist the Marketing Manager to prepare, coordinate and execute the product launches and events and make sure all stakeholders are always aligned and fulfill their tasks to ensure roll-out readiness
• To assist marketing team in bringing in all necessary collaterals (marketing materials), in accordance with product launch timelines

Marcom:

To work closely with stakeholders to achieve brand awareness and business objectives through different communication touch-points
• Liaise with the Headquarters Marketing team on all communications matters, such as Group style, PR, Branding Guidelines, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• With any materials created locally or created by customers, ensure all guidelines are met and properly released before production of any materials

Others:
• Manage the department administrative work
• Fulfil the reporting requests; monitor performance through monthly marketing analysis and competitor review; evaluate marketing programs effectiveness etc.
• Support any other projects as assigned by Superior

Competencies Needed (Education/Experience/Skills/Competencies/Language)

Education: Diploma/Degree in marketing-related field

Preferred Career Experience: Minimum 1 year of trade marketing experience

• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
