Strategic Risk Solutions (Cayman) Limited (SRS), a leading independent captive insurance management and consulting firm, seeks a Senior Account Manager to support our organization.

SRS provides consulting, accounting, and management services to captive insurance companies in the US, Canada, Barbados, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and Europe with a staff of over 250 employees and expects to continue to grow and expand domestically and abroad.

Position Description And Requirements

We require a dynamic person to supervise client accountants and be responsible for the management of a portfolio of offshore captive insurance companies, involving the timely preparation of financial statements and the administration of each company’s affairs both financial and corporate.

The candidate should have a college or university degree and an internationally recognized accounting qualification and several years’ experience in accounting for captive insurance companies. Strong communication skills... are essential and the ability to communicate at client’s Board of Director meetings, both in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere, is an important aspect of the position.
