JEFF is on the hunt for a talented and ambitious software developer to join our small, but high-performing tech team. We’re after a full stack developer, who is comfortable on both the “backend” and “frontend”, has a strong understanding of complex data structures and is self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities:
• Working with business stakeholders and UX practitioners to gather and spec requirements
• Developing in Python, with Django, Postgres and Graphql
• Developing on a Vue.js SPA
• Developing in Flutter
• Writing ad hoc queries and extracting data to support business
• Code reviews and testing

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail

Requirements:

Essential
• At least 2 years experience in building complex, database driven web apps
• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Excellent Maths marks... (for Matric and degree/diploma)

Preferred
• Experience working with Django and Graphene
• Experience with Vue.js, Vue Router and VueX
• Experience with Postgres
• Experience with Flutter
• Solid understanding of Git and Git branching and merging strategies

Job details:
• Full time role with a 3 month probation period
• Remote-based
• Normal office hours apply
