Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules internationally.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and the consultancy project team.

• Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients.

• Create high-quality and sustainable client solutions.

• Ensure all software applications are implemented successfully according to project methodologies

• Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills, and behavior.

• Identify and mitigate business/project risks as necessary.

• Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.

• Participate in pre-sales activities as... requested.

• Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

• Proactively advise customers on industry best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Cultural sensitivity and strong consulting skills to excel in complex, international, and multi-level implementations.

• Ambition and eagerness to learn and stay updated with Microsoft cloud evolutions in business applications and technology.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.

• Good communication skills and creativity in problem-solving.

• Strong analytical skills and proactivity.

• Customer-oriented mindset, regardless of the person's level or role, with a willingness to take responsibility and work independently.

• Ability to work well in a team, fitting into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations.

• Willingness to work and travel for international projects all over the world.

• University degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science, or a comparable education.

• At least 7 to 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.

• Experience in at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably with intercontinental rollouts.

• Extensive pre-sales experience.

• Affinity with technology and excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
