How to contribute to our vision:Generally manage the project together with the PM with regards to all financial aspectsEnsure books and records are at any time representing a true and fair picture of the project financials (actuals and forecasts) and reportEnsure the application and the continuous management of financial guarantees, bonds and project securitiesEnsure proper execution of all internal and external tasks related to finance and legal: reporting, audit, treasury, taxes compliance, ECC, customs and alikeEnsure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelinesEnsure, together with the PM, proper management of Risks and Opportunities, including credit and F/X risksSupport PM in the management of all project stakeholdersEnsure, together with the PM and the Package Managers, that all customer and supplier contracts and requirements are fulfilledSupport the PM in all commercial aspects of customer negotiations regarding contracts, claims, and variation ordersMaintain business case supporting the PM for maximizing value through ensuring optimal commercial solutions to minimize NCCs in the project finances; maximize project profitability together with PMEnsure lessons learnt are being madeBe accountable as World Project Controller for all project sharesAs part of the Comercial project manager position your main tasks will be:Participate in Handover meeting from Sales to Projects and prepare and present the OECSupport to the PM for elaborating the Project Management Plan, particularly Cost Management Plan and Controlling and Updating Management PlanParticipate and contribute to the kick-off meetingCollect and consolidate information for the Ongoing Calculation from functions (incl.
