Job Summary

Culture Kids, a rapidly growing and innovative marketing agency, is seeking a talented Technical Graphic Designer with a diverse skill set that includes graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, landing page design, and UX/UI creation to join our team. Experience with Webflow is highly valued. As a Technical Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in executing creative briefs for various projects, including social media content, landing pages, visual elements for pitches and proposals, and animated content for corporate communication and marketing.

You will have the opportunity to bring imaginative design and visual storytelling to the role, harnessing your artistic expertise to craft captivating visuals that not only elevate our clients' brand identity but also resonate with their target audience. Beyond this, your techy side will come into play as you will use your knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as... HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, and also render server-side and client-side content. Ultimately, your work will forge memorable connections and drive success through innovative and engaging visual content.

Responsibilities
• Execute creative briefs for diverse projects, including graphic social media content, landing pages, visual elements for pitches and proposals, and animated content for corporate communication and marketing
• Design and create landing pages, utilizing UX/UI best practices
• Develop motion graphics and perform video editing as needed
• Render server-side and client-side content
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to style guides, aesthetics, and needs
• Continuously expand skill set and stay current with industry trends and software updates
• Translate customer requirements and business processes into realistic, actionable solution designs
• Implement the Salesforce platform end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent graphic design skills
• Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, with the ability to render server-side and client-side content
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience designing and creating landing pages, with knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in Webflow
• Fluent in English
• Ability to transform detailed creative briefs into client-ready final products
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction
• Flexibility to work with various clients, niches, and deliverables
