About the role:
As the Store Manager you will oversee a team of 5 in the QVB store, occasionally overseeing the Bondi boutique also. Your role will be to share your product knowledge with team & customers, as well as drive your store to achieve exceptional sales results.

About you:
• Knowledge and passion around aromatherapy, naturopathy and skincare.
• Proven experience leading and driving a team in a boutique store environment.
• Strong, people focused leader with experience in rostering, sales and customer service.
