The Position
Reporting to the Healthcare Consulting Lead, you will be part of the Healthcare Consulting team, dedicated to proposing Roche products to hospitals and public institutions.
As a Roche Healthcare Lab Consultant, you will support the sales team by increasing the value of Roche's offerings, providing our clients with a comprehensive service, from promoting our solutions to designing proposals with a particular focus on process optimization, sustainability and waste elimination. Respecting the expected standards for the provision of technical consultancy services, you will be responsible for:
• From the earliest stage in laboratory projects to design, based on customer needs, the most suitable configuration by:
- In-depth analysis of the laboratory/diagnostics workflow with the objective to propose an optimal integration of Roche solutions.
- Incorporating third party products as necessary
• Supporting customers in fulfilling complex objectives and needs with technical possibilities and thereby promoting Roche solutions
• Closely aligning solution needs and outcomes with the relevant colleagues and delivering contributions on time and at a high quality.
• Managing stakeholders across different business areas and presenting solutions both internally and at customer visits.
• Supporting the project implementation phase.
• Liaising/sharing between the affiliate and the Global Healthcare Consulting community, to the benefit of both.
Who you are
To take ownership of the Roche Healthcare Lab Consultant position you have the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Diagnostic business, ideally in hospital laboratories or Clinical Engineering
• Thorough understanding of processes, workflows, dynamics and best practices.
• Experience in sales or similar positions within the biomedical sector is preferred
• Excellent IT proficiency, knowledge of the Office package, familiarity with software, with AutoCAD and Visio also desirable.
• Analytical, structured and solution oriented mindset with proven ability to foster client relationships.
• Team player, collaborative and capable to create and develop great work relations with other functions within the organisation.
• Disruptive, innovative and creative mindset.
• Good communication skills in presentations and face-to-face communication in order to create messages and convey them appropriately.
• Passion for learning and growth in a dynamic work environment.
• Fluent in both Danish and English
