Job Description

As Junior AP Accountant, you will be a member of the Finance Department and you will be in charge of various tasks such as:
• Processing of... Accounts Payable (record invoices, prepare and apply payments)
• Ensure appropriate approvals of invoices in accordance with the company policy
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and query resolutions
• Control employees credit card operations
• Entry of accounting documents
• Various other general accounting and administrative tasks

Qualifications
• CFC or equivalent diploma in Accounting
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel)
• French and English fluent (oral and written) mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central is a plus
