The opportunity for the right person is a permanent opportunity, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and grow with the organisation in progression and growth via your experience and knowledge working the housing industry helping vulnerable people with their housing needs.You will be responsible for visiting tenants at all stages of the process from moving people into the final parts of the clients tenure - check-in and check-out, sign ups and maintenance visits included. You will be responsible for scheduled and reactive visits for the purpose of maintenance, complaints and health and safety.You will be the key point of contact in relation to managing anti-social behaviour and liaising with authorities and third-party services to resolve ASB issues.
