System Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Analyse business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements
• Design, implement and maintain IT solutions using .NET technologies, MSSQL, and AngularJS
• Collaborate with other members of the IT department to ensure that all systems are operating efficiently, effectively and user-friendly
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Provide technical support / training as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in system analysis, design, implementation and documentation
• Expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MSSQL
• Knowledge of AngularJS and other front-end web technologies
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Familiarity with database management and data analysis, including experience with SQL queries and stored procedures
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, and with attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
