The role

The daily duties you need to do are managing the user account team for the IT applications and systems, also manage the PC support team and project management to make sure the targets are achieved. They are looking for someone who have strong experience on management and workflow.

Experience needed
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related disciplines
• More than 6 years of experience working in user account management
• Prior experience in IT projects and PC support service
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
