Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are hiring for Business Analysts in Hong Kong /Foshan / Guangzhou / Singapore . Both local candidatesand candidates abroad are welcome for application.

This roleprovides critical support across the Finance solution and reportprojects that aims to bring innovations, new technology and improveprocesses to the business operation.

New Projects andInitiatives
• Carry out project life... cycle tasksincluding requirement collection, analysis workflow, perform gap andimpact analysis, document functional and technical specifications,define user stories
• Prepare test plan, execute technicaltest on applications development and enhancements
• Coordinate UAT, work with the project manager and business users todefine the testing scenarios, test cases, and test plans. Documenttest results, issue list, and follow up the fixing and finetuning
• Write user guide and conduct user training on theapplication and enhancements
• Deployment of the solutionand provide hyper-care support during the project sustain phase
• Develop data science solutions on reports and analytics

System Development
• Document thetechnical specification of the application or enhancements
• Develop or modify the programs and configurations
• Conductunit test and integration test of the development, prepare testreports
• Bug fixing & issue resolution of the applications& programs
• Document the release note of enhancement andcustomization
• Plan and conduct the installation of theprogram and customization

Support on InformationSystems & Digital Operations
• Provide technicalsupport of the enterprise applications post Go-live
• Carryout support on applications, including ERP, workflow systems, BI &Analytics, and the integrations across these applications
• Manage support tickets with SLO to meet with the standard procedure inITSM and ticket logged
• Follow up the ticket closure withuser communication and confirmation
• Maintain FAQ andknowledge base of the support cases

REQUIREMENTS:
• University Degree in Informationsystem, Computer Science, E-commerce, or related disciplines
• 1-2 year of experience in business / system analyst, orrelated role
• Strong in analytical thinking, conceptualthinking and problem-solving
• Good team player andcommunicator in a multicultural environment, well organized
• Solid understanding of the Asia Pacific digital landscape
• Multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Basic experience in project management and understanding ofthe agile methodology
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Professional use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint andExcel
• Finance and Accounting knowledge, with experience inMicrosoft Dynamic AX / D365 Finance and operation
• Programming Knowledge of MS SQL, X++, API, EDI, PowerBI, SQL Reportingservices experience is a plus
