We are seeking an experienced Investment IT Business Analyst to join our team and support the planning, design, and development of IT projects related to investment systems. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, preparing functional requirement specifications, and facilitating system design and development with third-party vendors and internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Gather system capabilities from vendors and internal IT teams
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements, internal policies, and system capabilities
- Perform data discovery on various systems for interface mappings
- Prepare functional requirement specifications and other documents as required in internal SDLC Standard
- Facilitate vendors and internal IT teams on system design and development
- Prepare testing strategies and test cases
- Conduct system integration tests with vendors and... internal IT teams
- Facilitate user acceptance tests
- Prepare system administration manuals, IT operation manuals, and user manuals
- Perform knowledge transfer to operation and support teams

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- 7 years of IT experience in the investment industry, with at least 3 years as a business analyst on investment systems domain
- PMP, ITIL, CISA or equivalent certifications:
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders in both technical and business backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Experience in investment applications/platforms such as Microsoft Azure Data Services, Blackrock Aladdin, Eagle PACE/EPM/STAR/ACCESS (IBOR), Moody's Analytics RiskOrigins, Bloomberg AIM/PORT MARS/RMS/Data License, SmartStream TLM/FEM, SAP FAM/BI, Hundsun.
