The Department

Manage the service quality provided by Racing Division Systems across the whole DVCS that are used during daily operations to ensure that all systems, i.e. VMIS, FASC, FMIS, Maximo, RTA, EDP, VCS Portal, VCS EDD, HMIS and RIS run smoothly and are able to meet the needs of the Department.

•Lead the Dual Site system support team of the department in the care of active and retired Thoroughbred racehorses in Hong Kong and Conghua.

•Monitor all relevant systems to ensure that they are performing correctly and consistently delivering optimal service quality by checking daily reports for processing and monitoring activities in the operations (incl. inventory, cost variances, clinical reports etc.) for Hong Kong, and CRC

•Ensure that all related staff from DVCS receive necessary and appropriate training and ongoing support to make most efficient use of the systems.
