We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamicDigital Account Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team... As aDigital Account Manager / Assistant Manager, you will be responsiblefor managing key client accounts, developing and executing digitalstrategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be a key memberof our account servicing team, working closely with our creative andtechnical teams to deliver outstanding digital solutions to ourclients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage key clientaccounts and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Develop and execute digital strategies that align with clientobjectives
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsellingwithin existing accounts
• Work closely with creative andtechnical teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time andwithin budget
• Monitor project progress and ensure clientsatisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends andprovide thought leadership to clients
Requirements:
• University graduate with a degreein marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 3years of experience in digital account servicing or related roles
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask ina fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels andtechnologies, including web, social media, and email marketing
• Passion for digital marketing and commitment to deliveringexceptional results
