Your main mission will be to manage Paradox’s social networks along with the social media team in place and with the end goal of making Paradox brands the most iconic brands in their field.
Every day, you will strive to create outstanding content to inspire our community and bring the tools and strategies to the people who dare to dream big.
This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Dubaï or Lisbon.

YOUR MISSION 🚀
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you’ll be in charge of hiring the social media team (videographer, content creators, community managers…), building and planning the social media strategy, and responsible for Paradox’s brand awareness and growth on different platforms.
• Make Paradox’s social networks skyrocket
• Develop awareness around Paradox’s different brands and showcase their vibe and values in all kinds of content, across all platforms in every single interaction.
• Implement victorious tactics, and strategies to deliver extraordinary pieces of content to our audience while surfing on new trends.
• Monitor and optimize publication: tools, audience peak, formats…
• Test new videos headlines, thumbnails, post captions and many other factors to improve engagement and reach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate content that reflects our brand's personality, values, and messaging.
• Create a "machine" at producing AWE for our audience
• Lead the content creation process
• Build a strategic editorial calendar aligned with the marketing campaigns.
• Extract the most relevant parts of our video stock and manage their redistribution by adapting them to different social networks.
• Control wording and visuals
• Systemize Excellence
• Study Metrics and KPI, report monthly on your successes and failures, systemize what works in the form of processes
• Manage the social media budget, identify new advertising opportunities, and track spend and performance to ensure optimal return on investment.
• Create a process to reuse our best content regularly
• Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new opportunities to reach and engage with our target audience.
• Be a great leader and constantly Source and Hire A-Players to support you in your mission
• Lead a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable for meeting or exceeding targets.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture that encourages innovation and creativity.
• Continuously evaluate team structure, processes, and tools to ensure the team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Be the our first point of contact and our first ambassador
• Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, encouraging feedback and interaction, and building relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and effective resolution of any customer service issues that arise through social media channels.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES 🔥
After 3 months, you:
• Have successfully implemented a social media strategy that aligns with Paradox’s business goals and drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Have increased brand awareness and engagement through effective social media content creation and curation.
• Have built strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Have improved processes and systems in place to track performance, measure the effectiveness of social media efforts, evaluate and optimize approach.
After 6 months, you:
• Have grown the Business Tribe France Instagram account from 25k followers to over 100k.
• Have grown David Laroche’s Instagram account from 315k followers to 400k while increasing the engagement rate.
• Have developed the Paradox’ School Linkedin page and encouraged most of the school's students to like it and add it to their bios.
• Have hit the mark of 400k overall likes generated on TikTok and established best-in-class TikTok presence, with a focus on audience engagement and growth.
• Have increased website traffic driven by social media efforts, resulting in improved conversion rates and revenue.
After 1 year you:
• Have established best-in-class social media presence, with a focus on audience engagement and growth.
• Have achieved significant growth in website traffic and driven revenue by social media efforts.
• Have built a highly engaged and effective social media team, with a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
• Have built reputation as a leading voice in the social media space, with recognition for delivering impactful results and driving innovation in the industry.
• Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or other similar platforms to manage and schedule posts, track performance, and engage with followers across multiple social media channels.
• Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite Insights, or other similar tools to track social media performance, website traffic, and conversions.
• Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or other similar platforms to manage and track customer interactions, automate marketing and sales processes, and drive growth.
• Brand24, Mention, Synthesio, or other similar tools to monitor brand mentions, track sentiment, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• ManyChat, Tars, MobileMonkey, or other similar tools to automate customer service and engagement processes, and improve customer experience.
• Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, or other similar platforms to automate repetitive marketing tasks, personalize communication, and increase lead generation and conversion rates.
• Asana, Trello, Slack, or other similar tools to manage project workflows, collaborate with teams, and streamline communication and file sharing.

• Strategic thinking: You have the ability to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Paradox’s business goals and drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: As a skilled Senior Social Media Manager, you must have excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills to engage with followers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented approach: You’re results-oriented, able to track performance, measure the effectiveness of social media efforts, and continuously evaluate and optimize your approach to achieve optimal return on investment.
• Creative storytelling: you have a passion for storytelling and the ability to create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand's personality and messaging.
• Team leadership: You have experience leading a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You must be able to effectively manage resources and delegate tasks to ensure team success.
• You love the field of coaching, personal growth, education or edtech.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
French: Native or bilingual > our target audience is French-speaking.
English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.
Our chosen language for written communication is English.
Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
